The day before your arrival you will receive a phone text, or phone call if you prefer, with the building's main entry code and your room number with pin.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate same day reservations after 9:00pm.
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please call 48 hours in advance to cancel a room. Failure to give the required notice will result in the full charge of the first night's cost.
Reservations are secured with the payment of your first night's charge. Payment in full is required upon check-in. We accept credit cards, a 4% credit card fee is assessed, and cash. Guests must tender a valid credit card, even if paying with cash for incidentals.
Check-out time is 11:00 am. Please inform the office if you wish to retain your room beyond this time. The extension will be given depending on availability.
Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.
